We called this CSS tab menu "Half Moon" based on its look. This menu uses a transpicuous background picture for each tab item to make a right round edge. This transparency means you will be able to change the colors of the menu items (such as the hover color) just by altering CSS color values within the style sheet. Easy alignment is as well supported, in order you will be able to, for example, align the tabs center or right if wanted. Nice!
