Wiping and Sliding

Two more small external JavaScript files are needed to incorporate the slide with the wipe effects: dw_slide.js and dw_posrel.js. Actually, dw_posrel.js is only needed for specifying a position relative to the window or other container, as in this example, to slide to the center or the north west corner.
